Digital Marketing Executive

to strengthen our brand's digital presence and support our growth across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities



Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across social media, search engines, and other digital platforms. Create and manage engaging content for

social media platforms

(Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.) to increase brand awareness and engagement.

Shoot, edit, and produce videos

for social media promotions, product highlights, in-store activities, and events.

Design posters, flyers, banners, and digital creatives

for both online and offline marketing campaigns. Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) and optimize performance for maximum ROI. Collaborate with the design and merchandising teams to align content with store promotions and seasonal offers. Oversee SEO strategies and website performance to improve online visibility and traffic. Plan and execute email and WhatsApp marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement and sales. Analyze campaign performance, prepare regular reports, and recommend improvements. Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices in retail marketing.

Requirements



Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Media, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in retail, FMCG, or e-commerce. Proven experience in

social media management, video creation, and graphic design

. Proficiency in tools such as

Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, or Canva

. Knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEO tools, and Google Analytics. Excellent creativity, attention to detail, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
