Key Responsibilities:
Manage and grow the company's presence across
social media platforms

Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Threads, YouTube, and Twitter (X)

Create, schedule, and monitor engaging content for all social media channels.
Plan and execute
Facebook and Google Ads
campaigns to generate leads.
Manage and optimize the company's
Google My Business (GMB)
profile for better visibility.
Handle
WhatsApp API / bulk WhatsApp marketing
tools for promotions and customer communication.
Use
AI tools
to create engaging marketing videos and visual content.
Manage and update the
company website
, ensuring SEO optimization and updated project information.
Conduct
market research and competitor analysis
in the construction and real estate sector to identify trends and opportunities.
Prepare reports on campaign performance and provide actionable insights for improvement.

Strong knowledge of
