Bachelor's degree or diploma in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum 3 year of experience in performance marketing or digital advertising, preferably in the furniture, interior, or retail industry.
Experience in social media management and website handling will be an added advantage.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & SKILLS
Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and other digital platforms.
Manage and analyze ad performance metrics to improve ROI and conversion rates.
Handle social media pages - strategy, content coordination, and performance reporting.
Update and maintain the company website to ensure a consistent and engaging online presence.
Collaborate with the design and sales teams to align campaigns with overall brand goals.
Prepare periodic reports on marketing performance and insights.
Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Analytics tools, and SEO fundamentals.
Excellent analytical skills, creativity, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
SALARY
₹25,000 - ₹30,000 per month (based on interview and experience)
