Getellaam Digital Marketing is seeking an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our marketing team. The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years of experience, with a proven track record of managing teams, executing successful digital campaigns, and driving both organic and paid lead generation strategies across platforms like Google, Meta, and GMP.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, develop, and implement effective digital marketing strategies
Lead and manage the digital marketing team, ensuring smooth execution of all campaigns
Oversee SEO (on-page & off-page), SEM, social media, content marketing, and email marketing efforts
Manage and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, and GMP (Google Marketing Platform) campaigns
Drive lead generation through both organic and non-organic channels
Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance and ROI using tools like Google Analytics
Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure brand consistency
Stay updated on industry trends and algorithm changes across platforms
Ensure all digital marketing efforts align with the company's overall goals
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 1 year in a managerial/team lead role
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with:
SEO (Technical, On-Page, Off-Page)
Google Ads (Search, Display, Video, Shopping)
Meta (Facebook & Instagram Ads)
Lead generation strategies
Organic and Paid Marketing
Google Marketing Platform (GMP) tools
Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Certification in Google Ads / Meta Blueprint / Digital Marketing is a plus
