Key Responsibilities



Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across

Meta (Facebook, Instagram)

and

Google Ads

(Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max) to maximize ROI. Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of

digital marketers, content creators, and designers

to deliver cohesive marketing strategies. Analyze campaign performance using data-driven insights to refine targeting, messaging, and budget allocation. Oversee

SEO, SEM

and

social media marketing

to boost organic and paid traffic. Manage digital marketing budgets and ensure efficient allocation based on performance metrics. Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging platforms, and evolving consumer behaviors to maintain a competitive edge.

Required Skills & Experience



Technical Expertise



Minimum

2+ years of hands-on experience

with Meta Ads and Google Ads across multiple formats. Proficiency in

Google Analytics

Meta Business Suite

, and other performance tracking tools. Solid understanding of

SEO, SEM, email marketing

social media strategy

. Experience with

A/B testing

conversion rate optimization (CRO)
