Job Description

We are seeking a creative and result-driven Digital Marketing professional to manage promotions, lead generation, and overall digital presence. The role requires expertise in digital campaigns, content creation, social media handling, and basic design/video editing to enhance brand visibility and achieve business goals.

Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across channels (SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Social Media, Email Marketing) Drive lead generation and conversion through performance marketing campaigns. Manage social media platforms(Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) including content posting, engagement, and growth. Design posters, creatives, and marketing materialsfor digital campaigns. Create and edit videos/reels/shorts for promotions and brand awareness. Optimize campaigns to maximize ROI and reduce cost per lead. Conduct competitor analysis and stay updated on digital trends. Manage app/website promotions to increase traffic, downloads, and conversions. Monitor analytics and prepare performance reports. Ensure consistent brand identity and online reputation management (ORM).

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Media, or a related field. 3-5 years of proven experience in digital marketing and social media handling. Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and digital tools. Proficiency in poster design tools (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.). Basic to intermediate skills in video editing Excellent communication, creativity, and multitasking skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
