Job Description

As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will leverage your expertise in digital channels to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition. Your primary goal will be to increase our online presence, engage our target audience, and ultimately contribute to the growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities:



Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), and content marketing. Manage and optimize the company's website and other online platforms to improve user experience, increase traffic, and drive conversions. Create and coordinate compelling content, including blog posts, videos, infographics, and webinars, to engage our audience and support marketing initiatives. Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, education technology, and the broader industry landscape. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer support, to align marketing strategies with business objectives. Oversee the development and execution of digital and social media marketing campaigns, including segmentation, personalization, and automation. Lead the development of marketing collateral, including landing pages, ad creatives, and promotional materials, to support campaign objectives. Provide regular reporting and insights to senior management on the performance of digital marketing activities, highlighting successes, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in marketing Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and techniques, including SEO, SEM, social media advertising, email marketing, and content marketing. Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and optimize campaigns for performance. Creative thinker and executioner. Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and tools, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, HubSpot, and WordPress.
