Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across platforms (SEO, PPC, Social Media, Email, etc.)
Acquire new clients through direct outreach, proposals, and strategic pitching
Manage existing client accounts, ensuring timely deliverables, performance tracking, and satisfaction
Supervise and mentor a team of digital marketing executives and interns
Coordinate with design, development, and content teams to ensure cohesive execution
Monitor analytics and prepare monthly performance reports for internal and external review
Ensure timely invoicing and account-level revenue tracking
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in a digital marketing role (agency experience preferred)
Proven track record in
client acquisition and client handling
Strong understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO tools, and Analytics
Experience in
staff management and team leadership
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Highly organized with multitasking capability
