We are looking for an experienced and result-driven
Digital Marketing Manager
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing online marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and increase sales. You will oversee all digital marketing channels and campaigns, ensuring alignment with business goals and measuring ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across multiple platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, Email, etc.).
Plan and manage online campaigns to boost lead generation, website traffic, and conversions.
Oversee social media marketing, content creation, and community engagement.
Manage SEO/SEM strategies to improve search engine rankings and visibility.
Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and Ads Manager.
Optimize marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, content, and social channels.
Collaborate with design, content, and sales teams to create effective marketing materials.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging digital tools.
Manage digital marketing budget and ensure maximum ROI.
Prepare and present monthly reports on campaign performance, KPIs, and business impact.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
Proven experience (3-6 years) in digital marketing management or similar role.
Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and analytics tools.
Hands-on experience with CRM, email marketing, and marketing automation tools.
Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
Creative mindset with ability to think strategically and execute effectively.
Certification in Google Ads, Analytics, HubSpot, or similar is a plus.
