Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Digital Marketing Manager to lead our marketing team and drive impactful digital campaigns that align with our business objectives. This role requires a strong leader who can develop and execute innovative marketing strategies, assign and monitor tasks, and ensure team productivity. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our digital presence to enhance brand awareness, generate leads, and increase engagement across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with company goals.

2. Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)

3. Develop and manage organic social media strategies across platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.)

4. Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.

5. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and trends.

6. Plan and manage digital marketing budgets effectively to maximize ROI.

7. Define KPIs, benchmarks, and success metrics for campaigns.

8. Lead, and motivate the digital marketing team to achieve objectives.

9. Assign tasks, set deadlines, and monitor progress to ensure timely delivery of projects.

10. Oversee the creation, execution, and optimization of campaigns across channels: SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, display ads, influencer marketing, and content marketing.

11. Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance data.

Qualifications & Skills

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.

2. 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, with proven success in managing paid and organic campaigns.

3. Proficiency in SEO/SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and email marketing platforms.

4. Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making.
