Digital Marketing & Campaign Management
Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with business and client objectives.
Manage end-to-end campaigns, including SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, content marketing, and lead generation.
Oversee paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and CRM systems.
Optimize marketing budgets to ensure maximum return on investment (ROI).
Track website traffic, performance metrics, and conversion rates.
Social Media Management (Clients & In-house)
Plan, create, and maintain content calendars for both client and internal social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
Develop engaging, brand-specific content strategies tailored to client goals.
Execute organic and paid campaigns to increase engagement, follower base, and lead generation.
Keep up-to-date with social media trends and propose innovative content ideas.
Monitor KPIs such as engagement, reach, leads, and conversions, and generate performance reports for clients.
Client Handling & Relationship Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring prompt and effective communication.
Conduct regular meetings with clients to present strategies, performance reports, and campaign updates.
Understand client goals and customize marketing strategies to align with their objectives.
Foster strong, long-lasting relationships through proactive and professional service.
Respond to client feedback in a timely and constructive manner to maintain satisfaction.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in digital marketing and client servicing.
In-depth knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media management, paid ads, and email marketing.
Proficiency with tools such as Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Canva, and HubSpot.
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple projects and client accounts efficiently.
Analytical approach with a strong focus on performance metrics and campaign outcomes.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in EdTech, training, or creative industries.
Industry-recognized certifications (Google Ads, HubSpot, Meta, etc.).
