Develop and execute result-driven social media marketing strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
Plan and manage daily content calendars to maintain consistent brand presence
Run targeted social media ad campaigns to generate quality leads
2. Content Creation & Brand Communication
Create engaging and informative content (visual and written) that aligns with AEC's brand voice
Work closely with design and video teams to produce content like posts, reels, videos, blog articles, etc.
Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels
3. Digital Campaign Management
Plan and manage integrated digital campaigns aimed at student engagement and lead generation
Track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.)
Conduct A/B testing on creatives, landing pages, and ad copies
4. SEO and Website Coordination
Collaborate with web developers and SEO experts to ensure on-page and off-page SEO best practices
Regularly update website content to support lead funnels and course promotions
5. Performance & Reporting
Monitor KPIs related to engagement, reach, CTR, lead conversions, and ROI
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights
Make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement
