Key Responsibilities:



Digital Branding & Strategy



Develop and implement long-term digital marketing strategies aligned with the company's growth vision. Drive the company's digital brand positioning through creative and data-driven initiatives. Identify opportunities for expanding brand visibility and market reach.

Campaign Planning & Execution



Plan and manage digital campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and email marketing. Optimize digital advertising performance to drive engagement, leads, and conversions. Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources efficiently for maximum ROI.

Website & SEO Management



Oversee website updates to ensure consistency with brand identity and optimal user experience. Plan and guide SEO strategies to improve organic reach and search rankings. Analyze site traffic and user behavior to suggest improvements.

Analytics & Insights



Monitor and report key performance metrics across all digital channels. Utilize tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and SEMrush to make data-backed decisions. Generate regular performance reports with actionable insights for leadership.

Market & Competitor Analysis



Keep track of industry trends, competitor strategies, and digital innovation. Recommend initiatives to stay ahead in the digital landscape.

Required Skills & Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or related field. 4-5 years of experience in digital marketing, brand development, or performance marketing. Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, email marketing, and web analytics tools. Excellent strategic thinking and planning abilities. Strong understanding of digital brand building and audience targeting.
