to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in executing digital campaigns, creating engaging content and visuals, and managing social media presence across platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase online presence and lead generation
Design visually appealing posters, creatives, and promotional materials using tools like Canva, Photoshop, etc.
Manage and grow social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
Run and monitor paid ad campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads
Track, analyze, and report performance metrics (traffic, leads, engagement, ROI)
Create and send email campaigns via tools like Mailchimp, Zoho, etc.
Coordinate with content writers/designers (if needed) to align visuals and messaging
Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and platform updates
Handle basic SEO, website updates, and content posting
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing
Proficiency in design tools (Canva/Photoshop or similar)
Strong understanding of social media, paid ads, SEO, and analytics
Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work independently
Creative thinking and an eye for design
Preferred Skills (Bonus):
Video editing and motion graphics
Knowledge of WordPress or any CMS
Experience with influencer marketing or online community building
