Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to meet business goals.
Manage and optimize SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and PPC campaigns.
Analyze data from Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc., and make data-driven decisions.
Coordinate content creation (blogs, emails, landing pages, social posts) to support lead generation and brand awareness.
Plan and oversee paid digital media (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, etc.).
Collaborate with design and content teams to create effective marketing materials.
Manage the company website, ensuring content is up to date and optimized for SEO.
Monitor digital trends and competitor strategies to identify opportunities.
Prepare performance reports and KPIs for upper management.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
2-5years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a managerial role.
Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, tools, and best practices.
Hands-on experience with SEO, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, CRM, and email platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp).
Proficient in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush).
Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills.
Ability to lead a team and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certifications in Google Ads, HubSpot, Facebook Blueprint, etc.
Experience in B2B or e-commerce industries.
Familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress or Shopify.
