Implement retargeting, lookalike, and segmented audience strategies
SEO & Content Leadership
Oversee technical, on-page, and off-page SEO strategies to improve rankings and traffic Guide the content team on travel-related topics, keywords, and content formats
Ensure consistency in brand voice and messaging across all content
Social Media Strategy & Growth
Create high-impact social media strategies to boost engagement and follower growth
Supervise content planning, influencer collaborations, and community management
Monitor insights and optimize performance through regular analytics reporting.
CRM & Email Marketing
Plan and execute lifecycle marketing campaigns including onboarding, offers, and re-engagement
Use CRM data to build segmented lists and personalize communications
Optimize email performance (open rate, CTR, and conversions)
Marketing Automation & Tools
Set up and manage workflows using tools like HubSpot, Mailchimp, or ActiveCampaign
Integrate marketing automation with website and lead funnels
Track lead behavior and automate follow-ups .
Team Management & Cross-Functional Collaboration
Mentor junior digital marketing team members
Coordinate with sales, design, and web development teams for campaign execution
Share performance updates with stakeholders and suggest data-backed improvements
Analytics, Reporting & Optimization
Use GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio for advanced reporting
Conduct A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and user journey improvements
Provide monthly reports with actionable insights and KPIs Online Reputation .
Management & Influencer Marketing
Monitor online reviews, mentions, and customer sentiment
Manage influencer relationships and track campaign ROI
Ensure consistent and positive brand perception across platforms
Requirements
:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field
Minimum of 2-3 years of digital marketing experience (travel industry experience preferred)
Proven expertise in SEO, paid ads, social media strategy, and content planning
Strong knowledge of tools: Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, GA4, SEMrush/Ahrefs, Mailchimp, HubSpot, Canva
Excellent project management, analytical, and communication skills
Creative mindset with attention to detail and trend awareness
Preferred Qualifications:
Google Ads and Meta Blueprint Certifications
Experience in managing travel campaigns and promotions
Knowledge of website CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress)
Basic design skills (Photoshop, Canva, or Illustrator)
