Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Planning:
Develop and execute the company's digital marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, traffic, engagement, and leads.
Plan and manage multi-channel campaigns including SEO, SEM, email, social media, and display advertising.
Campaign Management:
Design, build, and maintain our social media presence.
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
Content & SEO:
Oversee content creation, blogging, and website updates.
Collaborate with the content team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed content.
Perform keyword research and implement SEO strategies.
Analytics & Optimization:
Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and CRM platforms to track and improve digital performance.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with internal teams (design, content, sales) and external vendors/partners.
Manage and mentor junior marketing staff, freelancers, or agencies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
3-5+ years of proven experience in digital marketing or related roles.
Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs).
Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital ad platforms.
Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative thinker with data-driven decision-making skills.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, Marketo).
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or WordPress.
Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, or Facebook Blueprint (a plus).
