As part of its growth and consolidation phase, KGI is seeking a
Digital Marketing Manager
to lead and professionalize its digital presence, admissions marketing, and brand communication across all institutions under the Group.
Position Overview
The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for
planning, executing, and optimizing all digital marketing initiatives
across Kuniya Group of Institutions. This is a
strategic and hands-on role
, requiring close coordination with admissions teams, academic leadership, creative partners, and senior management.
The role focuses on
brand building, lead generation, admissions funnel optimization, and digital reputation management
.
Key Responsibilities1. Digital Strategy & Brand Management
Develop and execute a
group-level digital marketing strategy
aligned with institutional goals.
Ensure
brand consistency
across all digital platforms (websites, social media, ads, emailers).
Build a strong and credible
institutional digital identity
suitable for national and international audiences.
2. Admissions & Lead Generation
Plan and manage
digital campaigns for student admissions
across schools, colleges, academies, and training programs.
Oversee
Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, and other performance channels
.
Optimize
cost per lead (CPL), conversion rates, and admission funnel efficiency
.
Coordinate with admissions and tele-calling teams to improve lead quality and follow-ups.
3. Content & Social Media Management
Oversee content planning for
social media, websites, blogs, newsletters, and campaigns
.
Work with designers, videographers, and copywriters to create
high-quality academic and institutional content
.
Ensure content reflects
academic seriousness, credibility, and values
, not just marketing appeal.
Manage social media calendars and engagement across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.).
4. Website, SEO & Analytics
Oversee
websites of all institutions
under KGI, ensuring accuracy, updates, and performance.
Lead
SEO strategy
to improve organic visibility and institutional discoverability.
Track, analyze, and report digital performance using tools like
Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Ads Manager
, etc.
Present
monthly performance reports and insights
to management.
5. CRM, Automation & Technology Integration
Coordinate with internal teams to integrate
CRM, cloud telephony, WhatsApp API, and lead management systems
.
Improve automation in
lead capture, nurturing, follow-ups, and reporting
.
Ensure data discipline and structured digital workflows across institutions.
6. External Coordination & Compliance
Liaise with
digital agencies, vendors, freelancers, and platform partners
.
Ensure all digital communication complies with
UGC, AICTE, CBSE, and other regulatory norms
applicable to educational institutions.
Maintain ethical standards in advertising and student communication.
Required Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's or Master's degree in
Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
.
5-8 years of experience
in digital marketing, preferably in
education, ed-tech, or service organizations
.
Strong understanding of
performance marketing, branding, SEO, content strategy, and analytics
.
Proven experience managing
admissions-focused digital campaigns
.
Hands-on experience with
Meta Ads, Google Ads, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools
.
Ability to work in a
multi-stakeholder, multi-institution environment
.
