Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field from a recognized university.
Minimum
1 year of experience
in digital marketing, social media management, or related roles.
Proven experience in managing and executing digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
Hands-on experience with tools such as
Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Canva, and WordPress (or other CMS platforms).
Strong understanding of
SEO, SEM, email marketing, content marketing, and social media advertising.
Excellent communication, creativity, and project management skills.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive
digital marketing strategies
to enhance the university's online presence and visibility.
Manage the
university website
, ensuring content accuracy, timely updates, and search engine optimization.
Handle all
social media platforms
(Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, etc.) -- including content creation, scheduling, engagement, and growth.
Plan and execute
paid advertising campaigns
across Google, Meta, and other digital platforms to drive admissions and brand awareness.
Collaborate with internal teams to design, write, and publish engaging content that reflects the university's brand voice.
Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
Stay up to date with emerging digital marketing trends, algorithms, and best practices to maintain a competitive online strategy.
Support university events and initiatives through live digital coverage and targeted promotions.
Coordinate with design and technical teams for website improvements and digital creative assets.
Ensure consistency of brand identity and messaging across all digital channels.
Desirable Qualifications & Skills
Certification in Digital Marketing, Google Ads, or SEO/SEM tools (preferred).
Proficiency in managing content management systems (WordPress, Wix, etc.).
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
Experience in handling influencer marketing, paid promotions, or remarketing campaigns.
Excellent time management, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Pay Scale
Up to ₹35,000 per month
(commensurate with qualifications and experience).
