We're now hiring a hands-on, performance-driven marketing manager to lead demand generation and brand growth from our Bangalore office.
Here's what you actually do:
?Control growth and demand generation from start to finish to generate consistent and high-quality leads as well as revenue by managing all aspects of the funnel from the first time people see your product to when the sale closes.
Build and lead your digital marketing team by hiring, coaching, and leading executives and specialists; establishing well-defined KPIs; holding people accountable for results; and retaining your best people.
Design and develop scalable performance marketing for Google, Meta, WhatsApp, email, content creation, landing pages, and other channels, while maintaining strict cost-per-lead control and achieving a minimum of 5X return on advertising spend (ROAS).
Oversee all aspects of marketing budgets, tools, and agency relationships to maximise return on marketing investment and the profitability of marketing expenditures, and make data-driven decisions regarding platforms used and vendors.
Create an environment that promotes experimentation and fast action; that runs structured creative tests, offers tests, targeting tests, funnel testing, and channel testing weekly and rapidly reallocates budgets to the best performing investments.
Bring significant value to founders and sales executives through strategic direction, dynamic messaging, and go-to-market execution strategies for new features, products, market entries, and international expansion plans.
?Create and define the standard for measuring and reporting on results by creating and managing dashboards, conducting daily reviews with your marketing team members to develop insights at least once a week, and reporting results to executive staff on lead quality, pipeline health, and growth of revenue.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
Have 8+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience (SaaS or B2B preferred)
Have directly managed Meta and Google Ads with measurable success
Are comfortable working in a fast-paced, outcome-first startup environment
Can work independently without an agency and troubleshoot ad performance
Understand B2B funnels, landing page optimization, and CRM tools
Bonus: Experience marketing to SMBs, or in international markets like the UAE, Saudi Arabia, SEA
Fluent in English
Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven mindset
