? Manage and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, DV360, and other digital platforms.
? Drive qualified lead generation with measurable, results-oriented KPIs.
? Skilled in advanced targeting strategies, pixel implementation, and audience segmentation.
? Strong knowledge of tracking setup, Google Tag Manager (GTM), and GA4 for accurate performance measurement.
? Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, delivering actionable insights to maximize ROI.
? Manage digital marketing budgets to ensure efficient spend and strong returns.
? Collaborate with design, content, and sales teams to maintain brand consistency and messaging impact.
? Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
Requirements:
? Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
? 4+ years of proven experience in digital marketing, with at least 2+ years focused on real estate lead generation.
? Strong expertise in Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Ads, Meta Ads, and social media marketing.
? Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
? Solid understanding of tracking setups, conversion optimization, and performance measurement.
? Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
? Ability to thrive both independently and in cross-functional teams within a fast-paced environment.
