Lead Generation Manager
to drive consistent, qualified B2B leads for Business Setup, Outsource PRO Services, Visa Services, and Corporate Representation.
This role is responsible for
daily lead targets

AI-powered + paid marketing

20+ member sales team
based in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities1. Lead Generation Strategy & Execution
Build and execute a
multi-channel B2B lead generation engine
using:
Google Ads
LinkedIn Paid Ads
Meta Ads
WhatsApp automation
Email campaigns
AI-driven targeting & content
Use AI tools for predictive audience targeting, behaviour tracking, and lead scoring.
Ensure
daily campaign optimisation
to maintain low CPL and high-quality lead flow.
2. Daily Target Delivery
Own and deliver
daily, weekly, and monthly lead targets
.
Monitor live dashboards and adjust campaigns instantly.
Maintain redundancy across channels to ensure continuous lead supply*.
3. Coordination With 20+ Sales Staff
Distribute and assign leads to sales team members through CRM.
Conduct
daily lead review meetings
with UAE sales teams.
Implement lead feedback loops to refine targeting, creative, and audience selection.
Ensure
zero lead leakage
and strict follow-up discipline.
4. Performance Tracking & Reporting
Track CPL, CAC, CTR, conversion percentage, and lead quality score.
Present
daily, weekly, monthly performance reports
to management.
Run continuous A/B tests for creatives, landing pages, messages, and funnels.
Scale campaigns that hit KPI benchmarks; pause or fix underperforming ones immediately.
5. AI + Automation Framework
Create AI-based:
WhatsApp & email nurturing flows
Lead qualification workflows
Content automation for ads & landing pages
Use automation to increase qualification and closing ratios.
