Role Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager with 3-5 years of experience to lead our digital initiatives, drive qualified leads, strengthen brand awareness, and

handle the digital marketing team

. The ideal candidate should excel in performance marketing, SEO/SEM, content strategy, and cross-functional collaboration, along with strong team-handling experience.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other paid campaigns to drive lead generation and conversions. Develop and manage SEO & SEM strategies, including keyword research, website optimization, and ranking improvements. Conduct competitive analysis to identify trends, benchmarks, and growth opportunities. Build and execute brand strategies to strengthen visibility, awareness, and engagement. Lead content marketing, including blogs, social content, campaign copy, and creative briefs.

Provide team leadership, handling the digital marketing team in campaign execution, performance improvement, and creative strategy.

Drive cross-functional collaboration with sales, design, product, and operations teams to ensure campaign alignment and smooth execution. Manage all social media platforms (organic & paid) with consistent brand messaging. Track performance metrics, analyse data, and provide actionable insights to management.

Qualifications & Skills

3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the service or creative industry. Strong expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, SEM, and lead generation.

Very good hands-on experience in team management and Google Ads.

Experience in team handling and leadership, with the ability to guide the digital marketing team effectively. Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Strong knowledge of analytics tools (GA4, Search Console, Ads Manager, etc.). Experience in content marketing and social media management.
