Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning
Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals and client needs.
Plan and manage
marketing budgets
, allocate spends effectively across channels (paid, organic, social, influencer, etc.).
Create marketing roadmaps, campaign calendars, and performance benchmarks.
Performance Marketing & Analytics
Set up, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across
Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and YouTube
.
Monitor performance metrics (CPC, CPA, ROAS, CTR, conversion rates), prepare insights-driven reports, and recommend improvements.
Manage A/B testing for ad creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting.
SEO & Content Marketing
Oversee
on-page and off-page SEO
to drive organic traffic and improve rankings.
Collaborate with content teams to develop SEO-friendly blogs, landing pages, and marketing copies.
Use tools like
Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs
for tracking and optimization.
Social Media & Branding
Create and manage organic and paid social media strategies across key platforms.
Develop content calendars, ensure consistent brand messaging, and engage with online communities.
Work with design teams to create impactful visuals, videos, and reels.
Client & Team Interaction
Serve as a
primary point of contact for clients or internal stakeholders
- understand objectives, present strategies, and report campaign results.
Coordinate with creative, technical, and content teams to execute marketing plans effectively.
Present campaign performance, insights, and recommendations to management/clients regularly.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
3-6 years
of proven experience in digital marketing strategy, budgeting, and execution.
Strong command over performance marketing, SEO, social media, email marketing, and analytics.
Hands-on experience with tools such as
Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics (GA4), Tag Manager, and SEMrush
.
Excellent communication, analytical, and presentation skills.
Prior experience working in a
startup or digital agency
is a plus.
