Key Roles & Responsibilities1. Website & SEO Management (Primary Responsibility)
Manage and update the
WordPress website
--ensuring seamless navigation, responsive design, and consistent brand tone.
Conduct
keyword research

search-trend analysis
to guide content strategy and SEO planning.
Optimize project pages, blogs, and media assets using
on-page SEO
best practices (meta tags, headers, alt text, internal links).
Track and improve
Google Search rankings
using tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, or SEMrush.
Audit site performance (load speed, broken links, indexing issues) and coordinate fixes with developers when necessary.
Manage and grow the
Google My Business
profile--reviews, posts, and location visibility.
Develop a
monthly SEO performance report
highlighting organic traffic growth, keyword positions, and content insights.
Identify new opportunities for
content clustering
, backlinks, and domain authority improvement.
Suggest UX/UI improvements that enhance conversion rates and user engagement.
2. Paid & Performance Campaigns
Plan and execute

Monitor analytics dashboards, evaluate campaign ROI, and refine keyword bidding strategies.
Develop data-driven insights to support budget allocation and future campaign planning.
3. Trend & Competitor Research
Track evolving

Benchmark SEO and digital presence of peer studios and competitors.
Research high-performing keywords, backlink sources, and content formats in the design domain.
Provide quarterly insights and improvement strategies based on this research.
4. Social Media Coordination (Secondary Responsibility)
Collaborate with the design and content team to ensure posts are
optimized for search visibility
and link back to the website.
Maintain posting schedules and analytics across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest).
Track social performance metrics (reach, traffic to website, CTR) and prepare monthly reports.
Explore paid social ads (Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads) for campaign amplification.
5. Analytics & Reporting
Consolidate monthly reports combining
website traffic, SEO ranking, and ad performance

Analyze user behavior, page performance, and bounce rates to suggest optimization actions.

Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
1-2 years of hands-on experience in
SEO, Google Ads, and WordPress management

Proficiency with (preferred not mandatory)
WordPress CMS (plugins, page builders, basic HTML preferred).
SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Yoast, Google Search Console).
Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Tag Manager, and Data Studio.
Meta Ads Manager / LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
Strong analytical and reporting skills.
