Position Summary



The

Digital Marketing Manager

will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing strategies that promote the brand, drive online engagement, and generate leads. This role requires creativity, analytical skills, and a strong understanding of current digital marketing tools and trends.

Key Responsibilities



1. Strategy & Planning



Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives. Plan and manage campaigns across multiple digital channels (Google, Meta, Instagram, YouTube, etc.). Oversee brand positioning and ensure consistent digital identity across platforms.

2. Campaign Management



Create, monitor, and optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, etc.). Manage SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing campaigns. Drive organic traffic through content planning, keyword optimization, and link-building strategies.

3. Analytics & Reporting



Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign success. Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports and recommend improvements. Use tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and CRM dashboards.

4. Content & Branding



Collaborate with design and content teams for engaging digital creatives. Oversee website updates, landing pages, and lead funnels. Manage video marketing, blog strategy, and social storytelling.

5. Team & Vendor Management



Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies for creative, media, and web development. Train and supervise junior marketing staff and interns.

Qualifications & Skills



Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related field (MBA preferred). 4-8 years of experience in digital marketing or related roles. Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media advertising, content strategy, and analytics. Proficiency with tools such as Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Canva, HubSpot, and Mailchimp. Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills. Creative thinker with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
