The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans to attract potential customers and retain existing ones. The role involves overseeing branding, digital marketing, lead generation, advertising, public relations, and event marketing initiatives to drive business growth and enhance the company's visibility in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and brand identity.
Plan and manage digital campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, and others.
Oversee content creation for websites, blogs, email campaigns, and social media to ensure consistent brand voice.
Conduct market research to identify target audiences, industry trends, and competitive analysis.
Manage company branding, promotions, and advertising campaigns both online and offline.
Collaborate with sales teams to design and execute lead generation campaigns that convert to measurable business outcomes.
Monitor, analyze, and report marketing performance metrics (ROI, conversion rates, engagement, etc.).
Build partnerships and coordinate events, sponsorships, and exhibitions to strengthen brand positioning.
Manage budgets and ensure efficient allocation of marketing resources.
Lead and mentor the marketing team to achieve departmental goals and maintain creative excellence.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO/SEM, social media, and content marketing.
Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize marketing performance.
Creative thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
Proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Canva, HubSpot, etc.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Minimum of
5-8 years
of experience in marketing, with at least
2 years in a managerial role

Proven experience in handling digital campaigns and brand management.
