To assist the Lead Marketing in executing key marketing strategies.
Key objectives of this role are:
Manage and optimize paid marketing campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and others.
Oversee website management and performance, including SEO optimization, A/B testing, and user experience improvements.
Manage SZW Social Media handles, plan and liaison with agency to create engaging content
Facilitate content creation for case studies, reports, blogs, videos, newsletters.
Analyze digital marketing & lead performance using tools such as Google Analytics, GA4, and Zoho CRM platforms to provide insights and optimize leads.
Collaborate and support various businesses to facilitate sales through offline print collaterals, products videos, brochures etc
Monitor competitors, industry trends, and emerging technologies to identify growth opportunities.
Manage digital marketing budgets and reporting
Lead monitoring and reporting
Create monthly marketing reports.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (Master's is a plus).
Hands-on experience with SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Zoho CRM tools
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
