We're looking for a

Digital Marketing Manager

who is passionate, curious, and ready to execute global marketing plans across the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, and India.

This isn't just a campaign-execution role. You will

own the full POEM framework of marketing

:

Paid Media:

Performance campaigns on Meta, Google, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest, and X.

Owned Media:

Our website, SEO, content, email, and CRM automations (Zoho).

Earned Media:

Organic PR, influencer marketing, partnerships, and social storytelling.
If you thrive on connecting the dots across all three, this is the role where you'll grow fast.

What you'll own (beyond POEM):

Manage

Zoho CRM

end-to-end: workflows, lead nurturing, dashboards. Optimize with

Google Analytics & SEO tools

. Run

cold email outreach & email marketing

campaigns that convert. Build smart

AI-powered automations

to scale processes. Track ROI across B2B (resorts, architects, glamping operators) and B2C (Airbnb hosts, homesteaders). Collaborate with design/content teams to keep brand voice aligned with our

philosophy.

Who you are:

1-3 years of digital marketing experience (agency or brand-side). Hands-on with Zoho CRM, GA4, SEO tools, and at all add platforms Understands the

full funnel

and how POEM channels work together. Strong in numbers + creative in storytelling. Curious, self-driven, and able to work across time zones. Loves experimenting with AI for growth hacks and automation.
