Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
Manage and optimize campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, email, content, and paid ads.
Drive traffic, engagement, and conversions through innovative digital campaigns.
Oversee the planning, execution, and measurement of paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
Lead SEO initiatives to improve organic search rankings and visibility.
Monitor website analytics and campaign performance, providing actionable insights.
Collaborate with internal teams (content, design, sales) to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
Manage digital marketing budgets, track ROI, and ensure efficient spend.
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
Build and manage a small team of digital marketers (if applicable).
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. MBA preferred.
4-8 years of proven experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Strong expertise in
SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Marketing, and Marketing Automation tools
.
Hands-on experience with content marketing, email marketing, and social media campaigns.
Proficiency in using tools such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Hootsuite, or similar.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
