Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
Plan and manage paid campaigns to generate qualified leads for real estate projects
Monitor SEO and user engagement on the company website
Collaborate with sales and design teams to develop marketing collaterals and landing pages
Analyse web traffic metrics and performance of all digital campaigns using tools like Google Analytics
Stay up to date with digital marketing trends and real estate market dynamics
Manage social media accounts and build online communities
Coordinate with third-party agencies and vendors when necessary
Track ROI and KPIs of campaigns and report on campaign performance
Requirements
Bachelor's degree
3-7 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the real estate or property development sector
Proven track record of successful lead generation and digital campaigns
Strong knowledge of SEM, email marketing, social media platforms, and analytics tools
Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and CRM tools
Excellent communication and project management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Creative thinker with a results-oriented mindset
