Job Summary:
As a Digital Marketing Manager, you'll develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance our online presence, drive website traffic, generate leads, and boost sales. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging content, manage social media, and optimize digital campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Digital Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing plans, including SEO, social media, email marketing, and paid advertising.
2. Content Creation: Create engaging content for various digital channels, including website, social media, and email marketing.
3. Social Media Management: Manage and optimize social media presence across platforms, including content creation, paid advertising, and engagement.
4. SEO and Analytics: Conduct keyword research, optimize website content, and analyze website traffic and campaign performance.
5. Email Marketing: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions.
6. Paid Advertising: Manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
7. Collaboration: Work with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and design, to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
Requirements:
1. Experience: 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the real estate industry.
2. Skills: Proven expertise in digital marketing, including SEO, social media, email marketing, and paid advertising.
3. Tools: Proficiency in digital marketing tools, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and email marketing software.
4. Communication: Excellent communication and project management skills.
