You will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions across all digital platforms
Manage and optimize SEO, SEM (Google Ads), display advertising, and remarketing campaigns
Lead performance marketing initiatives and monitor ROI for paid campaigns
Oversee social media strategy and content calendars across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, etc.)
Manage email marketing campaigns, automation workflows, and lead nurturing
Analyze web traffic metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and Hotjar
Coordinate with content, design, and sales teams to ensure brand consistency and marketing alignment
Stay updated with digital marketing trends, algorithm updates, and best practices
Manage and mentor a small team of digital marketers (if applicable)
Generate monthly reports and insights for continuous campaign improvement
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field
Minimum
3-5 years
of proven experience in digital marketing (agency or in-house)
Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz), and email marketing platforms
Proficiency with analytics tools like Google Analytics, GA4, and Data Studio
Strong understanding of content strategy, CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp), and A/B testing
Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills
Creative mindset with a strong sense of ownership and attention to detail
