Tasks & Responsibilities:
1. Strategy & Planning
Develop integrated marketing plans aligned with business goals
Define channel strategy (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, SEO, Email, etc.)
Forecast campaign budgets, CAC, ROAS, and track against KPIs
2. Campaign Execution
Launch and manage digital ad campaigns (Search, Display, Social, Video)
Oversee SEO and content efforts for organic growth
Manage email marketing, automation, and retargeting workflows
Supervise influencer or affiliate marketing programs (if applicable)
3. Analytics & Reporting
Track campaign performance using tools like GA4, Meta, Google Ads, and Looker Studio
Conduct A/B testing, optimise for CTR, CPL, and conversion rates
Present insights, dashboards, and monthly performance reports
4. Team & Vendor Coordination
Work with designers, copywriters, developers to bring campaigns to life
Manage freelancers, ad agencies, or martech partners as needed
5. Brand & Communication
Ensure all communication is brand-aligned and audience-centric
Own positioning and messaging across digital assets (website, ads, landing pages)

Requirements
:
2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing (B2B or B2C)
Proven success managing campaigns with clear performance metrics

Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage vendor relationships
