Job Summary:



We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager with a strong background in content creation, ad management, and social media to lead and execute our digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will also possess hands-on skills in graphic and motion design, a strategic mindset for campaign planning, and relevant experience in the real estate or construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:



1. Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution

Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies tailored for the real estate/construction sector.

Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.

Plan and manage end-to-end digital campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.).

2. Content Creation & Management

Develop high-quality, engaging content including blogs, ads, email campaigns, social media posts, and landing page copy.

Oversee storytelling, copywriting, and content calendar planning.

Collaborate with architects, project managers, and sales teams to gather inputs.

3. Social Media Management

Handle the planning, scheduling, and publishing of social media content across multiple platforms.

Grow brand presence and community engagement on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

Monitor insights, trends, and KPIs to optimize campaigns.

4. Paid Ads & Performance Marketing

Set up, monitor, and optimize ad campaigns (Google Search & Display, Facebook/Instagram Ads, YouTube).

Manage ad budgets, A/B testing, retargeting strategies, and reporting.

Track conversions, CTRs, ROIs, and lead quality for continuous improvement.

5. Graphic & Motion Design Supervision

Design or coordinate the creation of high-quality creatives--static, carousel, video reels, brochures, walkthroughs.

Maintain brand guidelines across all visual content.

Collaborate with creative vendors or in-house design teams as needed.

Key Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communication, or related field.

Proven 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the real estate or construction sector.

Proficiency in tools like Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, Canva, Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), and analytics tools.

Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, email marketing, and CRM platforms.

Creative thinker with excellent communication and storytelling skills.

Strong understanding of real estate buyer personas and lead generation funnels.

Nice to Have:



Experience with real estate CRMs (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, No Broker Hood).

Basic video editing and motion graphics capabilities.

Knowledge of landing page builders and WordPress/ Elementor.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ?700,000.00 per year
