Job Summary:


We are looking for a forward-thinking, results-driven Digital Marketing Manager with 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in paid media, SEO, analytics, and campaign leadership. The ideal candidate is not only skilled in digital strategy but also highly adaptive to emerging tools and technologies, especially the use of AI in marketing.

Key Responsibilities:



Plan and execute high-impact digital campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and more. Develop integrated digital strategies aligned with brand goals and conversion KPIs. Manage SEO strategies, keyword planning, on-page and off-page optimization. Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using Google Analytics, GA4, and Data Studio. Collaborate with design and content teams to develop compelling creatives and copy. Implement AI-powered tools for audience targeting, campaign automation, content generation, and A/B testing. Stay consistently updated with the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and AI advancements. Identify innovative marketing opportunities using emerging technologies. Lead or collaborate with a team for campaign execution and optimization.

Required Skills & Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. 2 to 4 years of proven experience in digital marketing with a performance focus. Deep expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and SEO tools (SEMRush, Ahrefs, etc.). Strong command of analytics platforms like Google Analytics (Universal + GA4), Tag Manager, and reporting dashboards. High proficiency in AI tools for marketing such as ChatGPT, Jasper, SurferSEO, Notion AI, or ad automation tools. Excellent understanding of content personalization, marketing automation, and dynamic creatives. Strong analytical thinking, communication skills, and a self-driven approach. Experience managing a small team or freelancers is a plus.
