To lead and execute the a leading jewelry brand's digital strategy across creative, SEO, social media, and web management--enhancing online presence, brand positioning, and customer experience. Through data-driven campaigns and high-quality content, this role drives brand visibility, audience engagement, lead generation, and online sales in the competitive luxury jewellery market.
SCOPE / MAIN FEATURES
1. Creative & Content Management : Co-ordinate, develop and oversee high-quality digital creative--including pamphlets, banners, reels, short films and ads--in collaboration with design teams, ensuring brand consistency, luxury appeal, and compelling visual storytelling for jewellery products.
2. Social Media Strategy & Execution : Manage and grow brand presence on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and YouTube. Plan and schedule regular posts, reels, and stories to engage and grow audience. Analyze engagement metrics and optimize content strategy accordingly.Work with influencers and brand ambassadors for collaborations and partnerships.
3. SEO & Website Management : Oversee on-page and off-page SEO strategies to increase organic visibility. Coordinate with developers/designers to ensure website is optimized for UX, speed, and conversion. Manage product listings, content updates, and regular audits for accuracy.
4. Performance Marketing & Online Sales : Run and monitor paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, and other relevant platforms. Analyze sales funnel and user behavior to optimize ad spending and drive conversions. Report on ROAS, CPC, CPA, and other KPIs regularly to the leadership team.
5. Analytics & Reporting : Track KPIs across all digital channels. Prepare monthly performance reports and campaign insights. Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, and Shopify/ Magento backend.
