across multiple client accounts.
Manage budgets, bidding strategies, creatives, and landing page alignment to maximize ROI and conversions.
Continuously test audiences, creatives, and funnels to improve performance and scale winning campaigns.
Social Media Marketing (High Priority):
Own social media strategy across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and others as required.
Develop content calendars, campaign ideas, and growth strategies aligned with client objectives.
Collaborate with designers and content teams to produce high-performing organic and paid social content.
Track engagement, reach, and conversions, and translate insights into actionable improvements.
Email Marketing & Automation:
Plan and execute email marketing campaigns using segmentation, personalization, A/B testing, and performance tracking.
Build and optimize automated workflows for lead nurturing, onboarding, and retention using HubSpot or similar tools.
SEO & Website Optimization:
Lead SEO strategy including keyword research, on-page optimization, technical SEO coordination, and content recommendations.
Work closely with content and development teams to improve organic visibility and conversion rates.
WordPress & Website Management:
Oversee WordPress websites to ensure they are optimized for performance, UX, SEO, and lead conversion.
Coordinate updates, landing pages, and CRO improvements in collaboration with developers and designers.
HubSpot & Marketing Ops:
Manage HubSpot for CRM, marketing automation, reporting, and lead lifecycle optimization.
Ensure clean data, accurate attribution, and meaningful dashboards for internal and client reporting.
Analytics & Reporting:
Track performance across paid ads, social media, email, and SEO.
Create clear, insight-driven reports highlighting results, learnings, and next steps.
Use data to guide strategy, not just report numbers.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
3+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience
, ideally in an agency environment.
Strong experience with
Google Ads, Meta Ads, and paid performance campaigns
.
Proven expertise in
social media marketing
--both organic and paid.
Working knowledge of SEO, WordPress, and HubSpot.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into strategy.
