trends. As we scale digitally, we're looking for a skilled and creative Digital Marketing

Manager to lead content-driven campaigns, especially on Instagram and YouTube,Linkedin

while overseeing a small but growing creative team.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management: Lead and manage Qurbat's Instagram and YouTube
strategy, ensuring strong visual consistency and high audience engagement.

Content Planning & Execution: Create monthly content calendars, manage shoots,
reels, behind-the-scenes videos, and influencer collaborations.

Thumbnail Creation: Design engaging and high-converting thumbnails for YouTube
videos using Canva and Photoshop.

Team Handling: Supervise content creators, video editors, interns, and freelancers to
ensure timely output and brand consistency.

Graphic Design Oversight: Guide the design team or create marketing creatives,
ads, and social media graphics yourself when required.

Performance Tracking: Analyze content performance using YouTube Studio, Meta
Insights, and Google Analytics to optimize future content.

Campaign Ownership: Plan and execute paid and organic campaigns across social
platforms to drive awareness, reach, and sales.

Brand Aesthetic: Ensure that all visual content aligns with Qurbat's brand identity
and seasonal collections.

Must-Have Skills:

Strong knowledge of Instagram Reels, YouTube channel growth, and visual
storytelling.

Hands-on experience with thumbnail design, video titles, hooks, and SEO for
YouTube.

Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, and basic video editing tools (e.g. CapCut,
Premiere Pro a plus).

Ability to lead a small creative team, assign roles, and manage timelines. Excellent visual sense and strong attention to detail.
