Ackrolix is a growing IT services company specializing in Website Development, AI Solutions, and Digital Marketing. We're expanding into content creation with multiple YouTube channels, a podcast series, and Instagram presence. We work with diverse clients while building our own media empire.
The Role
We're looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager who can handle both our client campaigns AND our ambitious in-house media projects. You'll be managing paid advertising on Meta and Google while also building organic growth strategies for our content platforms.
What You'll Manage
Client Digital Marketing (50% of role)
Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram):
Campaign strategy, creation, optimization, and reporting for 5-8 client accounts
Google Ads:
Search, Display, YouTube, and Shopping campaigns for client businesses
Lead generation campaigns for B2B and B2C clients
E-commerce advertising and conversion optimization
Budget management ranging from ?5L to ?50L+ per month per client
A/B testing for ad creatives, copy, and targeting
Monthly performance reports and client presentations
In-House Growth Marketing (50% of role)
YouTube Growth:
Ads strategy for our 3 YouTube channels (Tech, Podcast, Entertainment)
Instagram Marketing:
Paid campaigns for reels and content promotion
Organic Strategy:
Work with content team to optimize for algorithm and engagement
Podcast Promotion:
Marketing strategy to grow listener base
Brand Building:
Position Ackrolix as a thought leader in tech and AI space
Analytics:
Track metrics across all platforms and provide insights
Key Responsibilities
Paid Advertising
Create and manage Meta ad campaigns (awareness, engagement, lead gen, conversions)
Develop and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max)
Set up conversion tracking, pixels, and analytics
Manage daily budgets and bidding strategies
Create compelling ad copy and work with creative team on visuals
Conduct audience research and targeting optimization
Implement retargeting and remarketing strategies
Stay updated on platform algorithm changes and ad policy updates
Strategy & Planning
Develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies for clients
Create monthly content calendar aligned with paid campaigns
Plan promotional campaigns for podcast launches and special episodes
Identify growth opportunities across platforms
Competitive analysis and market research
Analytics & Reporting
Monitor campaign performance daily and make optimization decisions
Prepare detailed monthly reports with insights and recommendations
Track ROI, ROAS, CPA, CTR, and other key metrics
Use Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other tools for deep analysis
Present findings to clients and internal team
Collaboration
Brief creative team on ad creative requirements
Coordinate with content team for promotional content
Work with SEO team to align paid and organic strategies
Communicate with clients on campaign performance and strategy
Must-Have Requirements
Experience & Skills:
3-5 years of hands-on experience
managing Meta Ads and Google Ads
Proven track record
of successful campaigns with measurable results
Experience managing
monthly budgets of ?2L+
across multiple clients
Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads platform
Expertise in audience targeting, lookalike audiences, and custom audiences
Knowledge of conversion tracking, pixels, and UTM parameters
Experience with A/B testing and campaign optimization
Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4) and Meta Business Suite
Technical Knowledge:
Facebook Ads Manager (Campaigns, Ad Sets, Ads structure)
Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping, Performance Max)
Google Tag Manager for tracking setup
Conversion tracking and event setup
Retargeting and remarketing strategies
Landing page optimization principles
Basic understanding of SEO and content marketing
Industry Experience:
