Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field from a recognized university.
3-5 years of proven experience
in digital marketing, performance marketing, or social media strategy roles.
Demonstrated expertise in conceptualizing and executing full-funnel digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
Proficient in tools such as
Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Canva, and WordPress (or other CMS platforms)
.
Strong understanding of
SEO, SEM, SMM, email marketing, content marketing, lead generation, and performance analysis
.
Excellent copywriting, communication, creativity, and project management skills.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement
end-to-end digital marketing strategies
to strengthen the university's online presence and lead-generation performance.
Manage and optimize the university website for improved UX, search visibility, and timely content updates.
Oversee all official social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, etc.) including strategy, content creation, calendars, community engagement, and growth.
Plan, execute, and monitor
paid advertising campaigns
across Google, Meta, and other digital channels to drive admissions, traffic, and brand recognition.
Create data-driven content in coordination with internal teams to maintain consistency with NIILM University's brand voice.
Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using analytics tools and submit
monthly performance dashboards with insights and recommendations
.
Stay updated with
emerging trends, algorithms, tools, and best practices
in digital marketing to ensure strategic advantage.
Provide digital support for university events, activities, and promotional initiatives, including
live coverage and targeted campaigns
.
Collaborate with design, media, and technical teams to produce high-quality digital creatives and website improvements.
Ensure
consistent brand identity
across all digital channels and marketing communications.
Desirable Qualifications & Skills
Certifications in
Digital Marketing, Google Ads, Analytics, SEO/SEM
(preferred).
Strong understanding of marketing funnels, remarketing, and conversion optimization.
Experience managing
influencer collaborations, paid promotions, or large-scale remarketing campaigns
.
Excellent analytical ability to interpret data, forecast outcomes, and optimize ongoing campaigns.
Strong leadership, time management, and interpersonal communication skills.
Pay Scale
?50,000 - ?70,000 per month
