Key Responsibilities - Video Creation & Editing
Shoot and edit high-quality videos of factory processes, product making, site installation work, and finished projects.
Create engaging

Edit videos with transitions, captions, sound effects, color grading, and animations.
Capture behind-the-scenes content for branding.
Maintain a consistent brand style across all videos.
Social Media + Digital Marketing Support
Create short-form content optimized for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn.
Plan and post daily/weekly video content across platforms.
Collaborate with marketing team for ad creatives and promotional videos.
Track performance of videos (views, engagement, reach).
Required Skills & Qualifications
1-4 years of experience in
video editing + video shooting

Excellent skills in
Adobe Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro / CapCut / After Effects

Knowledge of basic lighting, framing, and camera handling.
Experience in creating Reels, shorts, and high-impact social media content.
Creative mindset with strong visual storytelling abilities.
Basic knowledge of social media marketing (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook).
