We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive with at least 2 years of proven experience in planning, implementing, and managing digital marketing strategies. The ideal candidate must have hands-on expertise across all digital marketing channels and be capable of driving brand visibility, engagement, and quality lead generation.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, plan, and implement digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email Marketing, and Content Marketing channels.
Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta/Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads) with strong focus on ROI.
Conduct keyword research, optimize website content, and execute on-page & off-page SEO strategies.
Create engaging content calendars and manage posting across various social media platforms.
Analyse performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, and Ads Manager; prepare detailed reports and recommendations.
Execute lead generation campaigns and monitor conversion funnels.
Manage email marketing campaigns including content, automation, and segmentation.
Drive online brand reputation through ORM activities and customer engagement.
Collaborate with creative and sales teams to ensure alignment of campaigns with business objectives.
Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and platform updates.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, Communications, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in digital marketing.
Proven expertise in SEO, PPC, Google Ads, and Social Media Marketing.
Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Mailchimp, Canva, HubSpot, WordPress, etc.
Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret campaign data and optimize performance.
Excellent communication, creativity, and strategic thinking skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and work under deadlines.
Preferred:
Certifications in Google Ads, SEO, or Digital Marketing.
Experience in lead generation and performance-driven campaigns.
