Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and creative
Digital Marketing Manager
to lead and execute the company's online marketing strategy. The ideal candidate should be proficient in managing performance marketing campaigns, optimizing digital channels, and enhancing brand visibility to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, plan, and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and other paid media platforms.
Optimize campaigns to improve ROI, CTR, and conversion performance.
Oversee SEO, SEM, social media, email, and affiliate marketing initiatives.
Manage website traffic, analyze analytics reports, and identify opportunities for growth.
Collaborate with design, content, and sales teams to ensure cohesive digital branding.
Monitor digital trends and competitor strategies to enhance campaign effectiveness.
Prepare detailed performance reports and insights for management review.
Lead A/B testing, retargeting, and audience segmentation strategies.
Ensure budget utilization efficiency and meet monthly lead/sales targets.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in e-commerce or consumer brands.
Strong understanding of Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, SEO tools, and Google Analytics.
Proven experience in performance-based campaigns and lead generation.
Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
Creative mindset with data-driven decision-making ability.
