Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning
Develop, execute, and optimize comprehensive digital marketing strategies across all online channels.
Set clear performance KPIs (CTR, CPA, ROAS, engagement, conversions).
Work closely with leadership to align campaigns with business goals and product launches.
Social Media Management
Create and oversee organic and paid social media campaigns across
Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube
.
Develop content calendars, approve creatives, and ensure brand consistency.
Engage with the community -- monitor trends, respond to comments, and track performance.
Performance Marketing
Manage and optimize ad campaigns on
Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and YouTube
.
Monitor daily performance, conduct A/B testing, and improve ROI.
Manage budgets and allocate spends efficiently across platforms.
Content & SEO
Coordinate with content writers and designers to produce engaging and conversion-oriented assets.
Ensure SEO best practices across landing pages, blogs, and website content.
Collaborate on keyword research, on-page SEO, and backlink strategies.
Analytics & Reporting
Track, analyze, and report performance metrics using tools like
Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and CRM dashboards

Derive insights and recommend data-backed optimizations.
Present weekly/monthly reports with growth plans.
Team & Collaboration
Lead a small marketing team or coordinate with Clients.
Manage design, content, and ad execution workflows.
Stay updated with digital trends and competitor benchmarks.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
3-7 years of proven experience in digital marketing and ads management.
Expertise in
Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and social media marketing
.
Strong understanding of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, UTM tracking).
Excellent communication, time management, and leadership skills.
Experience with CRM, email marketing, and automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.) is a plus.
