We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote the company's properties, attract new clients, and enhance brand awareness. This role involves both digital and traditional marketing initiatives, as well as close coordination with the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement marketing campaigns for residential and commercial properties.
Manage and optimize digital marketing channels including SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing.
Organize and execute promotional events, property exhibitions, open houses, and project launches.
Create marketing content including brochures, flyers, videos, and website updates.
Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing strategies with lead generation goals.
Analyze market trends and competitors to identify new opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
Maintain relationships with advertising agencies, media partners, and other external vendors.
Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular reports on ROI and key metrics.
Assist with branding and reputation management across online platforms and physical sites.
Contribute to CRM updates and ensure timely follow-up on marketing-generated leads.
