Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across multiple channels (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email Marketing, Paid Ads, Content Marketing, etc.).
Manage company's social media presence and online reputation.
Oversee paid campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) to maximize ROI.
Drive website traffic, improve conversion rates, and enhance brand visibility.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer insights.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar.
Manage digital marketing budget and allocate resources effectively.
Collaborate with content creators, designers, and other departments for campaign execution.
Stay updated with latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies.
Prepare reports on campaign performance, KPIs, and suggest improvement strategies.
Requirements:
Minimum
3 years of proven experience
as a Digital Marketing Manager or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Social Media Ads, Email Marketing, and Analytics.
Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, HubSpot, etc.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Certification in Digital Marketing/Google Ads/Analytics (preferred but not mandatory).
