Job Summary:



We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented

Digital Marketing Manager

to lead and execute our online marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, developing, and implementing comprehensive digital marketing campaigns that increase brand awareness, lead generation, and online sales.

Key Responsibilities:



Develop and manage digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, and social media. Plan and execute performance-based campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn. Monitor and optimize campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Search Console. Lead content strategy and coordinate with content creators for blogs, videos, infographics, and landing pages. Manage the company website and ensure it is optimized for search engines and user experience. Develop and manage social media content calendars and community engagement across platforms. Coordinate with sales and design teams to align digital strategies with business goals. Track KPIs, prepare reports, and deliver insights for continuous improvement. Stay updated with industry trends, emerging platforms, and algorithm changes.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (MBA preferred). Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media marketing, and website analytics tools. Hands-on experience with tools like Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, HubSpot, SEMrush, or similar. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:



Automotive or manufacturing industry experience is a plus. Familiarity with CRM tools and marketing automation platforms. Experience in B2B marketing and lead generation.
