Responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies that promote the hotel/resort's services, increase direct bookings, and enhance online visibility across platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute SEO, SEM, social media, and paid campaigns.
Create engaging content and promotional offers for digital platforms.
Manage the resort's website, blog, Google My Business, and OTA listings.
Analyze web traffic, ROI, and KPIs using tools like Google Analytics.
Develop email marketing strategies and SMS campaigns.
Coordinate with design and photography teams for ad creatives.
Stay updated with hospitality digital trends and competitor activities.
Maintain partnerships with influencers and travel bloggers.
Requirements:
Bachelor's in Marketing, Communication, or related field.
3-5 years of experience in digital marketing (preferably in hospitality).
Strong knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO tools, Canva, Mailchimp, etc.
Excellent communication and analytical skills.
Ability to generate leads through digital channels.
