Responsible for planning and executing digital marketing strategies to increase bookings, brand visibility, and online engagement for the hotel/resort.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage online marketing campaigns across social media, Google Ads, and travel platforms.
Boost online visibility through SEO, SEM, and content marketing.
Handle hotel website updates, offers, blogs, and promotions.
Monitor OTA platforms (Booking.com, MakeMyTrip, Airbnb, etc.) and improve online ratings.
Create engaging content, reels, and promotional creatives.
Track analytics, performance reports, and campaign ROI.
Collaborate with sales, reservations, and operations teams for promotions.
Skills Required:
Expertise in digital marketing, SEO, SEM & social media management
Knowledge of hotel marketing trends & OTA platforms
Strong content creation & creative skills
Ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns
Good communication & coordination skills
